MMC Welcomes Dr. Jason Pollock to OB/GYN

Murfreesboro Medical Clinic announces the addition of Jason Pollock, M.D., to the Obstetrics and Gynecology department. A Murfreesboro native, Dr. Pollock has been practicing in Las Vegas, NV, where he served as Chief of Staff at Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center. He is Board Certified through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Dr. Pollock received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of New Orleans. He received his Medical Degree and completed Residency Training from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, where he served as Administrative Chief Resident.
A truly accomplished physician, Dr. Pollock is the recipient of several awards, including the American Association of Gynecologic Laparascopists Award for Special Excellence in Endoscopic Procedures, and the Lonnie S. Burnett Society Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Knowledge of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Pollock also received the Howard Hughes Grant for Undergraduate Research and has participated in international lectures. 

“Finding physicians as accomplished as Dr. Pollock is difficult, but that is our sole aim,” said MMC President, Dr. Jimmy Carter. “His level of research and achievement make us eager to see what he will bring to our patients and the community.”
Dr. Pollock comes from a very large family and when he is not helping patients, he spends his time with his wife, Krystal, and their family.
