Brian D. Smith, M.D., is returning to the Nashville area after practicing Gastroenterology in North Carolina for more than twenty years. While completing his internship and residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, he served as Chief Medical Resident. Dr. Smith is a proud father of two sons, Austin and Davis. He enjoys live music, golf and anything TarHeels!
