ABOUT VANCE

Vance brings a strong background in critical care nursing to MMC. He has trained and worked in multiple ICU settings, building a foundation in caring for patients during some of their most critical moments. He has also served as a Rapid Response Nurse and as a member of the Code Blue and Stroke Team at Saint Thomas Rutherford.

Vance grew up in Marshall County, where he still lives today. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, fishing, watching sports and grilling. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two daughters, who keep life fun and busy and are a source of motivation for him both personally and professionally.
