Your TennCare renewal window opens May 1—and taking a few minutes to complete your renewal is the key to keeping your benefits without interruption.
If you or your child are covered by TennCare, here’s what to expect and what to do next.
What You Need to Do
During your renewal window, you’ll need to:
- Renew your current TennCare plan or
- Request a change to a different TennCare plan
You’ll have the opportunity to choose your plan as part of the renewal process.
How to Complete Your Renewal
TennCare makes it easy to renew in the way that works best for you:
- Call TennCare Connect at 855-259-0701
- Visit TennCareConnect.tn.gov
- Log in to your TennCare Connect online account
If you’re a patient at Murfreesboro Medical Clinic, we currently accept:
- WellPoint (Amerigroup)
- BlueCare
If you’re considering changing plans, this is important to keep in mind to ensure continuity of care.
Important Dates
- Renewal Window: May 1 – May 31
- Coverage Effective Date: July 1
Completing your renewal on time helps avoid any gaps in coverage.
