Collette Thomas is the Director of Information Systems at Murfreesboro Medical Clinic and is responsible for managing the organization’s information technology operations, network security, and staff across eight locations. While the newest member of the Executive Team, Collette began her career at MMC 11 years ago in the IT Department as a Help Desk Technician. Since then, she has been promoted to several different roles within the Clinic including Senior Analyst and Quality Coordinator. She was promoted to Director of Information Systems in March 2022. 

Collette is originally from Shelbyville, TN, but moved to Murfreesboro in 2018 with her husband, Kyle, and children, Jacob, Anna Grace and Jeremiah. Her favorite hobbies are gardening and spending time on her family’s farm in Shelbyville. She attended Middle Tennessee State University and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2009 with a B.S. in Professional Studies and a concentration in Information Technology. Collette attends the Experience Community Church in Murfreesboro with her family.
