ABOUT DR. COOKE

Dr. Cooke is excited to be serving the Middle Tennessee area.  He is originally from Kingsport, and attended undergraduate school in Nashville and medical school in Memphis.  Dr. Cooke completed his Family Medicine residency at Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital, and has been serving the Murfreesboro community since 2015.

Dr. Cooke has a passion for preventative care and reducing the impact of chronic disease.  He believes in empowering his patients to invest in their own health through education and communication.

Dr. Cooke lives in Murfreesboro with his wife, Simone, and two sons, Jaxon and Roman.  They attend church at New Vision Baptist and enjoy traveling, being outdoors and family time.
