Well-child visits and EPSDT checkups support healthy growth and development and can also include sports physicals and school forms. For sick visits, our pediatricians offer convenient access to on-site laboratory, imaging, and specialty services, often with same-day testing and consultations available.

Gradually moving bedtime and wake-up time earlier can help children adjust before the first day of school. Quality sleep supports learning, focus, mood, and overall health, setting them up for success both in and out of the classroom. A few simple tips: 🌙 Move bedtime earlier by 15–20 minutes each night. 📱 Turn off screens at least an hour before bed. 📖 Create a calming bedtime routine. ⏰ Wake up at the same time each morning, even on weekends. A little preparation now can make those first school mornings much smoother!
